hello
FreePBX 17.0.19.9
I have the following setup:
redundant solution on the side of OXE A, OXE B uplinks
where OXE A is primarily active and OXE B is passive, in the event of a fault it switches from OXE A to OXE B.
I created two trunks. Trunk A and Trunk B. I defined both trunks in Outbound Routes for each SIP number that has the possibility to call out. Trunk A connected to OXE A - Trunk B did not connect to OXE B because it is passive, that’s OK.
Both OXEs are defined under one dns record as:
node.example.com - 192.1.1.2, 192.2.1.2
In the trunks, I have a defined ip address, not a dns name.
I have a problem when I start calling and during communication, for some reason, it switches to passive and thus does not receive a response from the passive OXE B, and the call either drops or cannot be ended.
How could I do it so that it does not switch to passive Trunk B during communication?
Thanks for any help or guidance
