So I have an offsite FreePBX server and trial trunks from SIP Station. I’m trying to set 3 phones up. 2 hardphones and 1 softphone. I can connect them to the SIP Trunks but when I type the extensions I made and secret password it always fails to connect. Is something going on or am I not doing something correctly?
This works I can call out but cannnot call in because its not an extension in an extension group.
Adding the softphone to the extension made in FreePbx always fails.(Verify user ID, password, and authorization name) Im coping over all the settings from the FreePBX. Every video and walkthrough has worked for everone else.
These settings fail, no matter what extension and/or phone I use.
