Connecting Sangoma phone to FreePBX

In order to use Sangoma phones with FreePBX are there additional paid modules needed?

I am having issues connecting them at the moment so I want to rule this out.

I’m a first time user of physical phones so I’m dealing with the learning curve now.


They should be configurable & provision using the Free version of EPM - You have to enable ‘DPMA’ from the ‘Global Settings’ tab within EPM for the P-Series phones.

If you activated/paid for EPM previously & it’s now expired, I believe you have to raise a ticket to get Sangoma to switch it back to the Free version.
