Connecting an incoming call from trunk to another trunk

I got FreePBX 2.11.0.37 and im trying to route all incoming DID’s coming from one trunk to another trunk i got.

Sounds simple i even got the option to set the destination for incoming calls to trunk2 i want to route to, BUT it doesnt work however

for outbound dialiing i dial 99+a number to dialout using trunk2 and 88+a number to dialout using trunk1 does this have to do with anything ?

when i got an incoming call and it gets routed to trunk 2 is it routed as it is or i have somehow to add 99+ in front of it to get routed using outgoing calling rules of trunk2 ? and how do i do all that ?
