Hi,
connect to FreePBX MariaDb using HeidiSQL fails with error message " host is not allowed to connect to this mariadb server"

I have created a user and given it full rights to access the database ?
what else is missing please guide.

i was able to resovle it by following the insturctions in this vieo

i have to add below in my.cnf file
bind-address=0.0.0.0
skip-grant-tables
