Congestion on only one extention on my pbx server

i just noticed that only one extension out of 500 from my pbx server shows congestion but the weird thing is that the call is going through and is ok, the only thing missing is the recording.

i have checked the configurations and i cannot find something wrong is there a known solution for this isssue?

Have you tried to delete and rebuild the extension to see if that helps? Might be the quickest resolution if it works.
