Confirmed issues with asterisk 1.6

The following issues are confirmed with asterisk 1.6:

1. FOP does not work, http://freepbx.org/trac/ticket/2744 but asternic.org is going to work on it.

2. CDR with mysql needs some tweaking see: http://freepbx.org/trac/ticket/2745
