I have a recording system that will allow me to show extensions recordings to end users. It will not show other recordings (queues, ring groups, etc.) on the interface. I was thinking one way around this might be able to create a shadow extension that joins the call. The extension is set to force record. That would create a recording for the shadow extension so the system could see it.
Question:
Is there a hook that we can use to have an extension join a conference call when it starts?
