I have around 10 Sangoma P320 phones that randomly reset themselves to factory because they continually try to auto-provision. Is there any way to completely, irrevocably disable any type of provisioning that isn’t manually input? These phones haven’t needed a single configuration change in years, and doing so only takes seconds, the Endpoint Management module is completely overkill for our setup as the vast, vast majority of our endpoints are softphones.
Many of my search attempts have resulted in recommending disabling DHCP option 66 but we are in an enterprise setting, I can’t request that disabled for everyone.
