Commercial modules for Call center

Hello !
exist any commercial modules of Freepbx that allow to the supervisor of a callcenter to hear incoming call for evaluation purpose of activity of the agents ?

There is a built in facility called ChanSpy that you can use for this.

We do that - click on a live call and you can spy/barge/whisper on it. Of course protected by a grants system so only allowed users can do it.
