Commercial EPM activation issues

Any thoughts on what’s going on here and how to correct it?

WebUI says…

While fwconsole says:

root@pbx1:~# fwconsole ma list | egrep -i endpoint | endpoint | 16.0.86.11 | Enabled | Commercial | Sangoma |

Obviously the WebUI is incorrect in its assertion that the installed version is 16.0.86.24.

I am no expert, but I think you installed a version of EPM, which is not supported by your contract. Usually, there are e.g. 10-year licenses with only 1 year of updates.
So you have to go back to the last version, which worked.
Why dont you use the module-admin for the downgrade?

The incorrect module version showed up after upgrading from 15 to 16.

Why dont you use the module-admin for the downgrade?

There was/is no downgrade option in module admin. So the downgrade was performed thus:

root@pbx1:~# fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --tag 16.0.86.11

Additionally, the correct version appears in module admin.

So you upgraded from 15 to 16 without a valid update license for EPM? This might be the issue…

Do you use EPM with non-Sangoma phones? If yes, you need a new EPM update license. If no, contact Sangoma so that your license is switched to the free version of EPM

Just FTR: This is not the solution to this problem.

Sangoma is working on troubleshooting the problem. I’ll follow up once things are (hopefully) fixed.

Thanks!
