I have a client that has several VVX 500 phones and has a need to have multiple extensions in on each phone. The client also is using endpoint manager to provision the phones. When a second extension is added to the phone under account 2 or 3 the phone will add the extension but it will not be enabled. Additionally, if a second extension is added, and it is unregistered, eventually both extensions will become unregistered. I have modified the template to accommodate for 6 lines each with a different account number. Please help. thanks
