How can I add fnc=xml;url=http://192.168.2.8/cisco/services/index_cisco2.php to a button with the endpoint manager on a cisco spa525G2. I would also like to change the xml directory service url with endpoint manager.

Look at basefile editor for your template. You will need to add it to the basefile.
