My company wants to use FreePBX but we need to add a feature to it.
Does anyone know of a company that offers support and modifications to FreePBX?
We are willing to pay.

You can support many ways. One of them is at the freepbx.org site you can see a link to http://www.aussievoip.com.au/wiki/freePBX which has a link for some paid support. Also others like are able to work with you on some changes.  My self included. But first thing is what it the feature you want?
