I have a PBXact UC 40 and I’m trying to purchase the commercial module CM Caller ID Management and when I click on the BUY NOW button from the CM Caller ID Management page on my box, it doesn’t do anything. As if it’s disabled or something. When I tried to go into the portal to buy it and when I search for the deployment ID for the box, it’s not found.
So I guess my first question is, does a PBXact UC 40 support this module? If so, what am I doing wrong or how do I get the module. If it doesn’t support that module, what can I do to allow for a pin code to force a specific call ID?
