In the Cisco SPA series phones in the PHONE tab you can select how many call appearances show per line. They give you a range of 2 - 10. I need to change that to 1 but that is not an option. Any ideas how I can show the line busy without it doing the “call waiting” thing? I want the call to go to VM if it is busy but because it shows 2 call appearances it rings like call waiting.
