I’ve been using FreePBX for some time now and have a BLF button on my Cicso IP 303 phones configured to change call flow. Recently the label for the button has suddenly become blank on phones that have had their settings updated via EndPoint manager. The buttons still work as before, they just don’t show a label anymore. I tried to change the names of the labels to something shorter without special characters but no change.

Any suggestions or workarounds?

Ive had SPA phones with no label, that usually indicates the phones need a firmware upgrade. I would upgrade the firmware and it should resolve it.
