I had been using a SPA525 template to work with these phones and was able to get it at least to work from a call perspective, but only for 5 buttons.
I see we have since I intiailly setup this system added CP9951.
It looks like it’s a color phone, 10 buttons, what I’m going to consider an almost perfect match… however ( knew that was coming)
The phone only shows 5 buttons active even though 10 are configured via the template and no image is loading to the display.
Any ideas/suggestions?
