Cisco 9971 Convert to SIP

Howdy y’all,

First off, I wana say I am very new to commercial phones. I just recently bought a Cisco 9971 for grins. I had no clue what I was doing, just saw it was a cheap cisco phone and went with it. Now I am going through the fun of trying to get the sucker to work. I have been trying to follow the guide by David Chidell (I can’t post links) but I am getting stuck with using the internal TFTP feature.

I am using a VirtualBox VM to host the system and I am confused on how I can get into the file manager.

On a side note, I have attached an image of the files I am wanted to upload on the TFTP system. Are these the correct files to use? I also have an attached my config file.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Daniel

p.s. I don’t know what forum section this would be apart of, so if anyone wants to point me to the right place that would be great.
