Cisco 8861 browser UI problem

Hi, I have a big problem, I purchased a Cisco Cp-8861 phone today the phone apparently works, however when I enter its IP address in the address bar of the browser, all I see is the screen shot I attached, so I it is impossible to configure it and use my phone numbers, is there a way to solve the problem or is the phone faulty?

I recommand first doing a factory reboot.

  1. Press the Gear icon.
  2. Go to Admin Settings.
  3. Go to Reset (option 4)
  4. Go to All Settings (option 2)
  5. Press Reset button (This action resets all settings to factory defaults.)

If the admin settings are disabled (can be done by previous owner)
you can do a manual factory reset:

Reset Cisco 88xx to factory

  1. Keep pressing “#” when you power on the phone.
  2. You will see the headset,speaker and mute will light on and then light off.
  3. When you see only headset and speaker turn on again, please press 123456789*0# in sequence.
  4. After you pressed the the first digit “1”, you will see speaker turn off.
  5. After all the number are input completely in sequence, you will see Mute button turns on to indicate phone begin to do the factory reset.
