Cisco 7941G Not Registering

Hello,

I’m trying to register Cisco 7941’s to my FreePBX installation. I have set them up using EPM, but I gather EPM does not support Cisco 79XX handsets.

  • They are on the latest level of software
  • They are downloading the correct credentials from EPM / FTPBoot
  • I’m using 9 digit passwords
  • I’ve set the FPBX Extension to UDP Only
  • UDP on the 7941 is explicitly set using transportLayerProtocol=2

Update: All Working: FPBX Extensions need to be set to NAT=No
