CID Priority Route not working if Description is filled in

For some reason, if I fill in the route “Description” (the first field on inbound routes), and specify a CID Priority route, the route drops down the the bottom of the list of inbound routes, and thus gets ignored, because the call hits another route first.

However, if I leave “Description” blank, it comes up at the top of the list if incoming routes, and works fine.

I would like to fix this, because I forget why I have some of these “any DID / _1**********” routes setup, and would like to be able to add a description, without breaking the route.
