this is a feature I’d love to see: CID prefix for incoming routes.
Currently, I have to create a Ring Group for each incoming route to get this, but that has other disadvantages: e.g. if I want to route something not to extensions, but to an IVR, etc. then that turns into quite a hack.
The reason why I want to do this, may serve as an example:
I have DIDs in different countries, and I want them to go all to the same IVR. However, whoever ends up answering the call needs to know what language to answer the call in, or if to say good morning or good evening.
Now, if there’s something I’m missing, please correct me, otherwise, maybe we can add this to the wish list for a future release?
