The first 01030925222 is the caller’s number. The second one is where his name would go.
If your DID is in a country where caller names are not sent over the network (or your trunking provider doesn’t pass them), and you don’t have any logic to obtain the name some other way (from your local directory, CRM system, internet service, etc.), then this field will usually be a copy of the calling number.
You could e.g. replace it with a minus sign or have it blank, by creating a Set CallerID object with the CallerID Name set as desired that routes to your queue, then setting the Inbound Route to go to the Set CallerID.
