We’ve had this weird problem for a while where some people say our CID shows as “PIECE OF CAKE” - this is totally unrelated to our business name, and definitely not something I’d put into the CID settings!
My best guess is that some CID database out there hasn’t updated our number and is serving this name still.
Any other suggestions?
Some of the bigger service providers also have their own databases that they pull from. Generally I found it very difficult stamping these out and would be happy to learn if somebody has found a fool proof way to get this easily updated everywhere all at once.
