Choppy VoIP Down-Link, Up-Link Sounds OK

Hello,

I do have several Cisco CP-7821-K9 3PCC and one of them have a choppy down-link. By this I mean the other person a the other end sound choppy. But, I didn’t sounds choppy a the other end, the up-link seem to be fine.

All my other Cisco CP-7821-K9 3PCC as well of my Cisco ATAs aren’t suffer of that issue.

Any suggestions of some adjustment who can be done on my FreePBX instance or on the phone itself?

Any idea?

Given everything else being equal, than either you have poor network connectivity or you have damaged hardware.

I’d reset it and re-configure it. Now it is much better
