Chaniging the ring tone

Hello, using FreePBX 17.0.19.13

I wuld love to change the ringtones of my phones to custom ones, how? I saw many posts saying to change HhTtr but for me it never quiet worked. When i call the other person it just starts the default tone. Maeby I shuld change it in the phone settings??? But im using old Grandstream phones from 2015 (gxp 2100). And is something like this possible if I culdnt change the phone ringtones: When I dial the extension it automaticly picks up the call and starts playing some music set by me on both ends and it just waits till the person I dialed picks it up???
