i couldn’t find how to do it yet. in the past i was replacing the unavail file, but now i can’t find such a file
Have you looked at UCP?
Each extension’s voicemail greetings can be edited via UCP.

Those recordings are (by default) in
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/EXTEN/
but that directory doesn’t exist until the extension actually gets a voicemail.
