I purchased SysAdmin Pro and we’ve since gone through some changes, one of which was upgrading host’s nic situation and assigning mac addresses to the ethernet adapter (vm switch) of the pbx. Since then I am getting a message to register our pbx and we no longer have SysAdmin Pro. No way to reassign the orginal mac, pbx is a vm on Hyperv and we are testing to deplopy more pbx vms. However, the mac I recently assigned is permenant and I won’t need help getting it activated again
Please advise me on how to get registered and put SysAdmin Pro back on the pbx. Thank you guys
Just log into the sangoma portal, reset the hardware lock on the licensing tab of the deployment, then go back to PBX and re register the pbx
