Change webroot in existing system

FreePBX Version: 15.0.17.24

Hi community,
I have a Raspbx installed on a Raspberry Pi 3 installed from the image from http://raspbx.org/. It has been running well but now I wanted to install other software on the RPi. One of these is Pi-Hole and it uses the same webroot as the FreePBX GUI (/var/www/html/admin/). Is it possible to move this on an existing server or would I have to reinstall FreePBX using the --webroot option?

What would be the best way to go about this?

Best option is running anything else in a container.
