CF checkbox - how to remove it

Hello ,

Using Sangoma FreePBX.

I have a SIP extension that “CF” checkbox it marked and I cannot remove it , even I deleted this extension and created it again with same name. Symptom is that this extension can dial , but I cannot dial to it and get busy tone.

Any assistance will be appreciated .

Try dialing *73 from the extension in question.

At the Asterisk command prompt, what is the output of
database show CF

If the problematic extension appears, try deleting it with
database del CF 1234
(replace 1234 with actual extension number)
