CDR's not working after Timezone change

Freepbx Distro SNG7-PBX-64bit-1805-1
System-Admin Timezone was set to UTC/UTC (Clock next to it show correct time)
Advanced Settings/PHP Timezone = America/Vancouver
CDR records were out by 8 hours.

Changed System-Admin Timezone to America/Vancouver (Clock next to it shows correct time)

Now, no new CDR’s are being added to CDR Reports.
