HI, Does anyone know of a basic add in or third party tool to allow for simple interpretation of CDR data. I am basically trying to generate daily reports of total calls made per operator, number of duplicate calls, highlighting of any calls that for a barred number, exceed a time frame or no of times called. It also would be great if I could populate reports with friendly names for operators and numbers called and have these name vs number association saved, so that they do not have to be inputted again. I have looked at various products such as SAM Reports, however they are so expensive and seem like overkill for what I need. Any idea’s or advice would be much appreciated.
