CDR reports only Queues not users

Hi,

I have a user that wants to use the CDR logging for playing the conversations. but now a call comes in. it is getting recorded. but it is recorded as the Queue number not as a extention. so it is impossible to search on a user.

we use the recordings fro quality and training so we need to look for the recordings from one user. and filter on this.

But they are all logged on the Queue?

Might need to run a post recording script to prepend the desired information.
