CDR Reports Issue

CDR Reports Pro is not showing all of the info for an extension in UCP. The widget is only showing calls that they would answered for today’s date. However, if you check CDR Reports Pro Module as an administrator, you’ll see all the call logs for the past several months. This seems to only be happening to one extension as the CDR Reports Pro widget shows the calls that would have been answered, missed, etc. for other extensions in UCP.
