CDR reports for managers


I have been asked whether a manager can get CDR reports for the extensions for staff that they manage.

At the moment I have given managers access to the Reports section of FreePBX - but this means they are currently using the Trxbox admin login.

Is there any way to provide specific customised reports for particular groups/extensions/queues/etc without using the Reports tool (other than accessing the asteriskcdrdb database directly and implementing my own customised reports using, say, PHP).




did you try using the administrator mode?

What do you mean by ‘administrator mode’. Do you mean in Trixbox or FreePBX? Or do you mean the "Administrators’ section whereby you need to set AUTHTYPE to database? Does the restrictions in this mode include for Reports?
