CDR Report

PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-10
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

Since my upgrade, I have just started to notice this in the CDR Reports. The same numbers being echoed several times, it is not a major issue and does not seem to affect performance, more of just an annoyance if anything.

Can anyone shed some light on the cause or fix?

Calls going to a ring group?

Yes sir, they are. Is that the issue, they have always gone into ring groups,

I guess that would make sense, lucky I do not have many numbers within the ring group. Would be kind of a resource hog if there where say 50 extensions in one group, should imagine the DB would get filled to an excessive amount with the amount of calls that could come in.

I’ve noticed this also. Would be nice if it would show the ringgroup instead of all extensions. Maybe also the extension that finally does pickup.
