CDR report four entries per call

I rarely look at the CDR reports. Now, having the need I am reviewing and finding that up to four entries per call, both inbound and out bound are being placed on the report.

Currently running:
PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-17
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

On the Schmooze (redhat) OS.

Do I have something “set” incorrectly?

You likely have the file defined four times in /etc/asterisk/cdr*

As I have never modified anything under /etc/asterisk/cdr* I am puzzled. (I have removed the telephone numbers for obvious reasons.) This is my cellphone calling to test results.

The reports look like this:

2017-03-22 15:47:27 1490215635.1297 “Cell Phone TN” <615*******> 1615xxxxxxx Dial 600 NO ANSWER 00:04
2017-03-22 15:47:27 1490215635.1297 “Cell Phone TN” <615*******> 1615xxxxxxx Dial 600 NO ANSWER 00:04

Many entries look like this, with many “no answer” around the answered call.

Thoughts?

Is 600 a ring group?, if it is then the records are correct.

Yes and there are four extension in that group . . . now, I see!!

Thanks.
