Good day everyone!
I’m upgrading servers for a mid-sized call center, and to do so I’m going to swap the large, powerful machine that’s sick and broken for a smaller machine that will handle things temporarily.
To do so, I am going to have to transfer the CDR records from the old machine to the new temp machine, then again to the “old” one once it’s been fixed up and upgraded.
I’ve tried to use the backup function to get the CDR from the old one (with success, I believe) but I am having some trouble “restoring” the records onto the new machine.
I’ve set the MySQL passwords to match; is there something else I can check on to get this thing to go?
It’s not an emergency, it’s just bleeding a little…! Ha!
Any constructive help is appreciated!
