CDR Recordings after database corruption

So the hard drive filled up and caused the cdr database to become corrupted. I repaired the database and everything seems to be working correctly except one thing. The calls being recorded seem to be recorded correctly (the files are saved), but the CDR Report doesn’t show any links under the Recording column. I’m not sure where to look for what could be causing that to happen.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
