we have the following installation:
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, Asterisk 1.6.2.5, Apache 2.2.14, php 5.3.2, MySQL 5.1.41, FreePBX 2.8.0.2.
We have a problem with Call Detail Record, does not record any statistics, whether you call an internal extension or through SIP / Dahdi Trunk, did not write to the database asteriskcdrdb, user / pass for the database are ok. If anyone has encountered this problem would be happy to help me.
Had the same problem, and I realized that I had not installed/compiled the asterisk add-ons.
After installing them, the call recording was working fine.
First step should be to check your system for them.
asterisk-mysql package is installed, in configurations cdr_mysql.conf are OK…not my first installation, but this particular issue for the first time it occurs…
