CDR Export error

Hello All,

It appears that in a small percentage of caller ID’s people have it set to Last name, first name. As you may have read through that looking normal the comma is messing up the exporting or I should say importing of a CDR so when you open it up in excel the 2nd column will for those calls split into the 2nd and 3rd columns and of course shifting the rest of those columns off by 1.
This as you can imagine makes it difficult to get good data.

I’m not sure if I should have called this a bug, but I’m thinking maybe at the time of recording the CDR we could strip out the comma’s from the caller ID field or at the time of export do it.
