Can't receive calls

I can make calls but I can’t receive call. So what I have to do to receive calls? that inbound number is for USA. Thanks!!!

Hello roakusfm I don’t know which version of anything you are using but, do you happen to have an inbound route to your phone ext? Under connectivity inbound routes >All any DID >set destination Extension ?

h Sorry that I Didn’t set the version I am using. I am using FreePBX Destro and yes I have inbound rout ext. But it doesn’t accept me to use inbound routes >All any DID because one is already exist.

Well Im new here to so I may be wrong anyway since you can make outbound calls, then I would suspect something wrong setup in your inbound route. Try entering your DID in the space DID Number. Also you would of course had to of setup a trunk as well but im assuming you have done that.
