Hi there. I have the commercial EPM. I’m trying to setup a SPA504G (firmware 7.5.5) with a SPA500S sidecar. I’m on FreePBX version 5.211.65-21 hosted through freepbxhosting.com.
The phone provisions just fine but the sidecar does not. I can log into the phone’s web interface and see that the sidecar is active. If I manually edit then load the config XML I can get it to work, so I know the sidecar is working and connected properly. It appears that the EPM isn’t generating the info for the config file.
I have a template with the SPA500S selected and a couple of BLFs setup. But nothing.
