Can't make call from Cisco 7945G

Hi Team

I am new to FreePbx. I have successfully registered two phones(SIP) - Avaya(1234) and Cisco 7945G(1235). I am able to make calls from Avaya to Cisco phone. But from Cisco phone, I couldn’t make the call.

When I dial 1234 from Cisco phone, it is sending INVITE with the first digit(1) only. And freepbx is replying with 484 Address incomplete. Did anyone encounter this before? Could someone help me with this?
