Cant Intercom from Polycom 650 to SNOM 300

Using the *nnn method I am unable to intercom to a SNOM phone. I tried to set up a paging/intercom group but it only seems to work for a few phones. I have checked and all the SNOMS have intercom mode enabled. Running FreePBX 2.6
