Cant get polycom vvx 300 to work. I see state is unavailable even though phone is registered

I am trying to program a polycom vvx 300 to work with the latest version of freepbx.
I can make calls but cant receive them. In the pjsip info, it see that while it says registered, the state is unavailable.

The PBX is on the same network as the phones. The polycom 550s that I have stay connected.

Any suggestions?

check your firewall or check your port… as the port should be set in range.

I have the freepbx firewall disabled. I verified that the port if the default port of 5060 and the phone is set to that port.

That means the phone is not replying to the keep alives from the PBX and/or the replies are not getting back to the PBX. If they’re on the same LAN as the PBX then you have something up in your network or config on the phone that is causing this. If they are not then it’s probably a NAT issue.
