Can't find System Admin and Network Settings tab in GUI

I have just installed FreePBX on a Raspberry Pi. It is on DHCP and instructions online direct me to System Admin>Network Settings to change to static I.P…

Sorry the PI does not support system admin.

How do I go about setting static I.P address on the unit?

How would I restore a backup to the system?
