Can't create a helpdesk ticket

Every time I try and create a ticket I get:
We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again

Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over.

What browser? Assuming you have tried another browser, incase that works.

Chrome and Edge

I also just tried in Firefox. Same error

It seemed to be an issue with attaching the log files. I have an open ticket now.
