When trying to claim our new D60 in Sangoma Portal to enable zero touch provisioning I get the following error “We couldn’t find a product with this serial number.” I am entering the MAC address of the phone. The same process worked fine with our D80. This sounds like an admin issue on the Sangoma end to me but has anybody experienced anything similar? The Mac address is definitely correct and has been entered manually and copy & pasted to avoid any typos.

Please open a support ticket of type “Customer Service and Billing” with the affected MAC address(es).
